I have known Dr. Kilchenstein for more than twenty years as a highly respected medical colleague.  I recommend Dr. Kilchenstein for a medical license.  He is a physician of the highest integrity.  His skill as a psychiatrist makes him, in my opinion, one of the outstanding members of the medical profession.  He has about 40 years of experience s a psychiatrist and puts that experience to excellent use in clinical practice and in clinical discussions and consultations with other psychiatrists.
